Ander Vazquez, franchise location and real estate equity strategist

Ander Vazquez is a franchise real estate specialist with Cassidy/ Turley.   Cassidy/ Turley maintains a major focus on retail real estate, including helping new franchisees get the most profitable locations.  NAI covers traditional retail as well as retail- industrial locations supporting automotive, food and other franchise location needs.

The firm  completes over $45 billion in transactions annually, managing over 200 million square feet of commercial space.

Franchise clients include Quiznos, Panda Express, 7-Eleven, Cold Stone Creamery, Denny's GNC and others.

Ander has put together real estate deals for local clients in Northern California as well as with other varied and "big box" retail clients across the United States. 

Prior to joining Cassidy/ Turleyl, Ander spent two years at Marcus & Millichap as a member of the National Retail Group, specializing on investment sales of retail properties.  Prior to M&M, Ander started a retail company in Dallas, TX which grew to have 10 employees. This experience gives Ander a unique understanding into the retail landscape which he applies to every real estate transaction. 

He purchased his first investment property at age twenty three and has managed various real estate partnerships. He also spent two years working as an underwriter for Comerica Bank, lending on investment and owner-occupied real estate transactions. Ander engineered the sale of franchise real estate that in one case allowed the franchise seller to semi-retire, taking two years off.
